2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379, 307, 384, 504,506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioners is that due to land dispute, they along with other co-accused persons have assaulted the informant and snatched her golden mangal sutra.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to family land dispute. Petitioners are cousin brothers

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38727 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 of the informant. The injury found on the body of the informant is minor in nature. He further submits that petitioner no. 1 has no criminal antecedent, however, petitioner no. 2 has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail. Petitioners undertake to cooperate in the investigation and trial of this case.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
