JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. I do not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Mehasi P.S.Case No. 220 of 2013, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari is again rejected.

However, the learned Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari should look into the matter as to why the case of the petitioner is still pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mothari, when this Court directed the concerned court to commit the case of the petitioner to the court of session in accordance with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25592 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 law within four weeks vide order dated 24.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27046 of 2014 and furthermore, the learned Sessions Judge should ensure the commitment of the case of the petitioner, if the same has not been committed to the court of session as yet.
