Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 180 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The assailants of the injured are the petitioner nos. 4 and 5, who have have already been arrested and granted regular bail by the Court below.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44816 of 2021(4) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 In such view of the matter, this bail application on behalf of petitioner nos. 4 and 5, above named, is dismissed as having become infructuous.

So far as the bail of petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 is concerned, the same is allowed considering the fact that there are general and omnibus allegations against them. Accordingly, let the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 180 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
