The petitioner is in jail custody since 1.10.2012. The prosecution case is that two cartridges and one iron rod were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner when he was arrested by the police.

It is contended that he does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the parties, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P. S. Case no. 746 of 2012.
