Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and learned counsel, appearing for the informant.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section-302 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against petitioners is that they along with other accused assaulted the deceased with bricks but postmortem report reveals that not a single injury was found on the person of the deceased. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 57 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biraul, District-Darbhanga.
