No. 7136 of 2020 and it has been prayed that since the petitioner had inadvertently mentioned the plot number as 304 in the main writ petition, instead of plot No. 401, the said order dated 09.07.2020 be modified to the extent of correcting the plot number. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to clarify that the plot no. 304 mentioned in the aforesaid order dated 09.07.2020 be read as plot no. 401. Accordingly, the aforesaid order dated 09.07.2020

Patna High Court MJC No.1095 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 passed in C.W. J.C. No.7136 of 2020 stands modified. The present petition stands allowed.
