The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 263 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 379, 337, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. I have gone through the case diary as well as the records in the present case.
The present case is a counter version being Belaganj P.S. Case No. 262 of 2018. The informant made allegation
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33002 of 2019(3) dt.23-08-2019 2/2 against the accused persons including petitioners that they assaulted the informant causing fracture injury to the informant, his son and brother but the injury report shows that all the injuries are simple in nature.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 263 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
