The petitioner has statutory alternative remedy of revision under Clause 32(6) of Bihar Targeted Public

Considering the above, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Revisional Authority against the impugned order.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to seek condonation of delay in preferring revision application.
