The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 379 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have given sickle blow to the informant causing injury on her right hand and also took away gold Mangalsutra as well as ear-ring of informant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to land dispute between the parties, the alleged occurrence took place. Injury is simple in nature. The matter has already been settled between the parties. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the backdrop of the case, in which alleged occurrence took place, nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on
