JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-12-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the State and opposite party no.2 .
2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/379/504 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the parties have resolved their dispute through the mediation proceeding on the terms and conditions mentioned in the Memorandum of agreement vide Mediation proceeding no. 763/2023 dated 10.11.2023.
4. Considering the aforesaid development, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35410 of 2023(3) dt.13-12-2023 2/2 within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Mahila Police Station Case No. 32 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
