2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners kidnapped minor daughter of informant and committed rape with her. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has supported the prosecution case and has stated that these petitioners along with other accused persons forcibly committed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37747 of 2024(4) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 rape with her for two months.
