The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of coaccused Sanjay Kumar Yadav. The police arrested the petitioner and obtained his confessional statement but the petitioner was not put on T.I. parade although he is in jail since 04.04.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Dandkhora P.S. Case no. 17 of 2015.
