Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 50 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2023 and the petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

The deceased is a 65 years old woman who tried to stop the fight between the prosecution and the accused. The petitioners are in custody since 31.01.2023.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Patna /concerned Court below in connection with Bikram P.S.
