The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40701 of 2014, but before that the petitioner was arrested. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner that he fired. Raman Yadav who is alleged to have fired has already been enlarged on bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 10548 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
