The petitioner seeks bail in Tajpur (Halai OP) P.S. Case No. 145 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, sections 395, 397, 398 IPC were added.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.01.2022 (Annexure-1).

It is submitted that charge has already been framed and petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2021. Considering the period of custody and progress of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
