Petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession . It is obvious from the first information report that the name of petitioenr was disclosed by co-accused, who was caught on the spot, but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there was some dispute between the petitioner and the co-accused and that is the reason of false implication of the petitioner in the alleged crime. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Dhangai
