JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 307, 436, 427, 342 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 17 C.L.A. Act and 3⁄4 Explosive Substance and 16, 18, 19, 20 U.A.P. Act. Petitioner is named in the first information report along with 42 other F.I.R. named accused as well as 150 unknown persons but no specific overt act has been attributed against him. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, several coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail. Petitioner is in jail custody since 4.1.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17109 of 2016 (3) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No.117 of 2011.
