The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1100/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/332/333/ 353/307/186 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is one of the unnamed persons of the F.I.R. and there was brick-batting on the police between a violent mob, some of which who were resisting the Bandh whereas others were in support thereof. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that no specific role has been assigned to the petitioner. In view of the aforementioned facts and

Case No. 1100/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
