2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., lodged on 23.04.2025 by the informant Amarjit Kumar.

3. At the outset, learned State counsel Mr. Bharat Bhushan submits that this is the second attempt of the petitioner, the earlier petition was dismissed as withdrawn vide Cr. Misc. No. 65729 of 2025 on 17.09.2025.

4. Taking into account the aforesaid facts, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33894 of 2026(2) dt.15-05-2026 2/2 anticipatory bail application stands rejected.

5. However, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks, files bail application, the court concerned shall consider the matter and dispose it of preferably on the same day.
