Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against him. However, after due investigation, petitioner was not sent up for trial and the final report has been submitted by the I.O. and the investigation against the petitioner was accepted by the concerned court . Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that coaccused Karun Yadav has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 2.08.2012, passed in Cr.
