Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one witness namely, Brajmohan Agrawal claimed to have seen the petitioner committing the crime and except the aforesaid statement of above-said witness, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 27-11-2015 but uptill now, he has not been put on test identification parade.
Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14579 of 2016 (2) dt.08-04-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bakhri P.S.
