Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the first information report as only a member of unlawful assembly and so far as allegation of firing is concerned, same is against co-accused Indal Bhagat and Gongu Bhagat. Moreover, Gongu Bhagat has already been granted privilege of bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
