Petitioner seeks bail in a case, initially, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(A), 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 6 of POCSO Act was added. Taking into consideration that there is allegation of gang rape against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 127 of 2015 arising out of Bihta P.S.
