2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 107 of 2026 registered for the offences under Sections 64(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present anticipatory bail application, the petitioner has already been arrested and taken into custody. In view of the same, he seeks permission to withdraw the present application as the same has now become infructuous.

4. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.
