JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-05-2023 Learned counsel for the Veer Kunwar Singh University (hereinafter referred to as 'University') submits that issue regarding co-option of respondent No. 6 to the post of Educationist Member-Cum-Secretary of Governing Body of the Veer Kumar Singh College, contrary to the statute of the University, has become infructuous, since it is dated 22.02.2018 and was for 3 years. The same has thus lapsed in February 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.20485 of 2018(8) dt.18-05-2023 2/2 directions be issued to the respondent-University for constituting the Committee afresh.

The issue is not before this Court, therefore, this Court refrains from passing any order. It will be open to the petitioner to seek remedy before appropriate forum. Writ petition is dismissed.
