Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has raised his objection against Annexure 6 dated 24.08.2020, i e, the Office Order whereby he has been divested of the post of Incharge, Deputy Superintendent, by representation (Annexure 7). Annexure 7 unfortunately does not bear any receiving.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8717 of 2020(3) dt.03-12-2020 2/2 It is in this circumstance that this Court would consider it appropriate that since the grievance of the petitioner is yet to be considered by the Regional Deputy Director, Koshi Division, Saharsa in terms of Annexure 7, filed by the petitioner, the writ petition need not be kept pending as the same will serve no useful purpose.

Respondent No 3 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner (Annexure 7) within three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, by reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law. Writ petition is disposed of.
