The petitioner is languishing in custody since 31.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461/382 of the Indian Penal Code.

On theft being committed in the house of the petitioner the FIR was lodged against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of the co-accused and during the analysis of CCTV footage.

Statement has been made in para 6 of the petition that there is no recovery from the petitioner and the investigation has already concluded.

No.24003 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Pathkauli) P.S. Case No. 452 of 2014.

Since the petitioner is accused in three cases of similar nature, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner in two eventualities i.e. if he defaults for two consecutive occasions or substantially gets involved in some serious nature of offence.
