JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2016 The matter has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for modification of the last paragraph of the order dated 27.04.2016 to the extent that "Special Case N. 11 of 2015 arising out of Vigilance Case No. 08 of 2015" should be read as "Special Case No. 11 of 2005 arising out of Vigilance Case No. 08 of 2005". Though, earlier the matter was also listed under the same heading on 13.05.2016 for same modification but vide order dated 13.05.2016 only special case was corrected but the vigilance case was not corrected.

Hence, let in the last portion of the order 27.04.2016 be read as "Special Case No. 11 of 2005 arising out of Vigilance Case No. 08 of 2005" in stead of "Special Case No. 11 of 2015 arising out of Vigilance Case no. 08 of 2015". Accordingly, the order dated 27.04.2016 is modified to
