The petitioner seeks bail in Didarganj P.S. Case No. 263 of 2020 corresponding to Special Case No. 7286 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a)/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Total 225 litres of country made liquor has been recovered and out of which 10 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2020. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody and quantity of

No.45513 of 2021(2) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 recovered liquor, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Didarganj P.S.
