Perused the impugned order dated 09.03.2016 passed by the learned District Judge, Buxar, in Misc. Case No. 30 of 2015 whereby the court below has rejected the application under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code. From perusal of the impugned order I find therefore no case for interference in supervisory jurisdiction is made out.
