The petitioner is accused in connection with Sikty (Bardaha) P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing of daughter of informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the deceased and out of wedlock there were two children but only one child is alive. It is further submitted that daughter of the informant died due to illness after seven years of marriage but due to ulterior motive petitioner has

It is further submitted that no any external injury was found on the person of the deceased as per postmortem report and petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Araria, in connection with Sikty (Bardaha) P.S.
