The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is against unknown. One motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner claims to be owner of the motorcycle and he is in custody since 13.04.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for more than four months, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Kotwali P.S.
