Petitioner is accused in connection with Pachrukhi (Siwan) P.S. Case No. 297 of 2014 registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. During the course of investigation, the petitioner along with six others was apprehended by the Police on 27.09.2014 in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 423 of 2014 showing the recovery of four country-made pistols, as detailed in paragraph no. 39 of the case diary. Thereafter, the police got recorded the confessional statement, as detailed in paragraph no. 38 of the case diary showing the involvement in the present case. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27172 of 2015 (3) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 is in custody since 18.12.2014 and he is accused in three other cases, but in all cases, he is on bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi (Siwan) P.S. Case No.297 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
