Mr. Sharda Nand Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ application, the order of suspension has been revoked vide

Patna High Court CWJC No.8670 of 2020(3) dt.04-02-2021 2/2 Memo No.10 dated 26.11.2020 and as such the present writ application has now become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw this writ application. Permission is granted. In view of the aforesaid, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the petitioner is permitted to file representation before the respondents-authorities claiming subsistence allowance which according to learned counsel for the petitioner has not been paid as yet.
