JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-b) a/26 of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol, two live cartridges and mobile phone are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 27.11.2015. The present case has been lodged only for the offences punishable under the Arms Act.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S.
