JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he had kept two motorcycle on one registration number and one motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Moreover, one co-accused namely, Bablu Kumar having, more or less, similar allegation has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30658 of 2019.
