Petitioner being mother-in-law of the deceased is languishing in jail custody since 30.12.2015 in a case registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Moreover, father-in-law as well as cousin father-in-law of the deceased have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court whereas husband of the deceased is in jail custody.

Investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and her further detention for the purpose of interrogation or investigation is not required.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial
