JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Although, there is allegation of firing against the petitioner and co-accused, Matin Khan but admittedly, co-accused, Matin Khan has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Moreover, none of the person has sustained injury in the alleged crime and so far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has already been either acquitted or final form has been submitted in near about eight cases.
