Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 25(1-b)a, 26 of Arms Act. .

As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol, one live cartridge and one stolen motor cycle have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saur Bazar PS case No.162/2020.
