The petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have committed rape with the prosecutrix. The prosecutrix made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. She disclosed her age to be 25 years. The prosecutrix appears to be a consenting party, as she continued to have physical relation with the petitioner. The petitioner is said to have assured to marry with her.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
