The petitioner is accused in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 131 of 2003, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the case of misuse of privilege of bail of about 10 years by the petitioners. The petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2015 and charge has already been framed on 17.12.2015 as appears to the letter No. 60 of 2016, dated 26.04.2016 of the Addl. Sessions Judge-IV, Gaya. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
