The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 92 of 2020, dated 03.05.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. on suspicion as having participated in killing the deceased and throwing her dead-body in a bush. The deceased is the daughter of the informant, who is stated to be four months
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32968 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2021 2/2 pregnant at the time of her murder.
The petitioner is the driver of the father-in-law of the deceased.
There is no specific accusation against the petitioner except for a wild suspicion.
Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner, he, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 5ht Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 92 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
