The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016, registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that due to family dispute, quarrel took place, in which, Kunal Bind, brother-in-law of the informant, shot fire at her husband Nageshwar Bind causing injury at his belly, who died in course of treatment and both petitioners, who are brother-in-law of Kunal Bind, have falsely

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
