Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Sections 411 and 414 of I.P.C. has been added. The FIR of the occurrence of theft of mobile is against unknown. The said mobile was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that petitioner had purchased the said mobile from co-accused-Vicky Kumar. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 23.03.2019. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

No.32771 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jehanabad Rail Police Station Case No.01 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
