2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jhajha P. S. Case No. 236/2022 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment, as Panchayat Teacher, on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner was appointed, as Panchayat Teacher, after verification of all educational certificates by the concerned department, but later

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34024 of 2025(3) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 on, same have been declared as forged and fabricated without proper enquiry or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner has already been dismissed from service vide Letter No. 57 dated 20.01.2023 issued by the Block Panchayat Raj Officer-cum-Excursive Officer, Jhajha (Annexure-P-1). Petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P. S. Case No. 236/2022.
