2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 09 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 61(2) AND 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The deceased was killed by unknown criminals.

4. During investigation, the name of the petitioner and Chandan surfaced. From the self inculpatory statement of the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is the hired killer and after accepting money, he has killed the deceased brutally with a sharp edged weapon.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2025.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
