The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Agam Kuan P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 337, 338 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of dispute which is between the two neighbours and the nature of injury sustained by the injured, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court
