JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 447, 323, 326, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and according to prosecution case itself, the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute. Furthermore, it is apparent from the first information report that the allegation of throwing the acid on the informant's mother is against co-accused, Sanjeet Sah. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
