JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-364, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific role has been assigned against the petitioner and moreover, having more or less similar allegation, several coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail by different orders of this court. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and investigation against him has already been completed.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16930 of 2016 (2) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 241 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 671 of 2015/ Tr. No. 40 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VI, Bhagalpur.
