The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 (A) /34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2018. Allegation is that the petitioner had kidnapped the victim Sonali Kumari, while no such occurrence was committed by him, victim was in love with the petitioner and accordingly she had gone to Darbhanga with the petitioner for her examination, she had married willfully with the petitioner in Kolkatta and there both were living as husband and wife, this fact also came in case diary.

Sessions Judge-IIIrd, Madhubani, in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 235 of 2016, G.R. No. 941/2016 corresponding to S.T. No. 34 of 2019.
